I love this. I bought it to reduce the number of acorns and debris that fall into my pool and being able to tilt it slightly helps so much. If you're looking for a sturdy and less conspicuous based that can meet the 200+ pound requirement need, try the Rhinobase. It's half the size of the others out there and much easier to fill and so far has held this very large umbrella up nicely even in the wind.Very easy to install and very practical to use. makes the environment comfortable with the lightness of having only one base.We are setting up our above ground pool on our patio in a month…. I really wanted the kids to have some shade for the pool during the afternoon when the sun is scorching. This umbrella is perfect for any backyard patio & it’s awesome to shade part of our pool on our patio… And we can move it around depending on where the kids want the most shade. When the kids aren’t in the pool we can shift it to cover our patio table as well. Very versatile and nice! It's nice and large to give off a bunch of shade. We did buy a sand bag weight to put at the base so it won't tip over in the wind But we already planned on doing that because that is just what you do with these offset umbrellas. The umbrella packaging does not include a base so if you would like one of those… You need to order that separately. This umbrella is durable and well-made. I want to buy another one for my upper deck area as well. The fabric of the umbrella is nice… The sun does not come through it like some of those cheaper umbrellas. It is simple to move… Even my younger teenagers can do it themselves. This umbrella also comes in a bunch of different, fun colors. I purchased the tan color because a lot of my patio furniture is neutral colors and this matches perfectly! Great product! Perfect for hot summers!☀️?Much bigger than expected. Needs room to open up. When windy it can be unsteady.I bought the 10 x 13 and it is perfect for my 6 seat table on my deck. The teal/turquoise color is beautiful. It is heavy duty. I can't get the foot pedestal to work but I don't need to turn it anyway so don't really care enough to try to figure it out.This umbrella is amazing! You will be very happy with it. Works greatWobbles with the wind and wondering if it’s gonna break and blow over.My umbrella did blow over and one of the blades bent, plus the umbrella scratched my new Trex Deck and Rails. Luckily I was able to bent the blade back and hide the scratches with the umbrella’s base.I was given credit to buy additional weights and supplement any issues. Currently I have umbrella balanced with about 4 hundred lbs. of sand and water (ridiculous but necessary to withstand basic wind gusts.)With the additional weights I haven’t had any other incidents and hope it stays that way. I do like the way it shades a large area and completely blocks out the sun.All is well
