Update. August review 4 months in, umbrella will not stay upright at all and I’m taking it down and requesting to return it. We shall see how they handle this request.June review 2 months in. I will say, the customer service is great. I wrote in asking for a replacement cord for the hoist when it snapped after the second raising of the umbrella. They sent me a whole new umbrella, so I was thrilled with that. This replacement umbrella, however, is already showing wear after one month. One seam is loosening (photo) and the crank does not stay put, (see photo with the seatbelt keeping it in place) so the umbrella slowly closes itself with its own weight. You can also see the color difference already. The first day I got it, it blew up on the roof, so I have a good color comparison photo of “windproof umbrella does not mean what I thought it meant”. It refuses to stand upright without leaning. I do have a cotter pin anchoring it to our heavy table and keep it off the roof, so it is not sandwiched with a set-screw knob as a typical umbrella stand might have it. Also, the lights do not stay on for more than an hour after sunset, so the solar pack could use some extra power.I had a problem with my umbrella. Someone tilted it and it wouldn't go back fully. I contacted the company and they ask for pictures. They promptly send me a new umbrella. I love it and the solar lights.Very easy assemble, Love the color and Led lights! Replaced a 9’ umbrella with a 10’. Had to add a little weight to my umbrella stand to keep it anchored through winds. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase.Umbrella is well made and solar lights are bright. Great item.We bought this umbrella for my parent's deck and, to be honest, we were disappointed. The LED lighting is very faint, almost not even noticeable. Invest in a different umbrella if you want good lighting.Great quality and blocks the sun
