Great product, but the plastic becomes hot when exposed to the sunAfter lots of online research and local store visits, we are so glad we ordered these, they are the best! After trying local store loungers, we noticed when reclined, you could feel the bar at your back and some were already rusted from being scratched because they were not made of aluminum, they didn’t have hidden wheels for movement and not easily stackable, these chairs have it all, they were more than we wanted to pay, but they are high quality, comfortable, aluminum(rust-free) they have back wheels for easy lift and movement, the arm rails are made of heavy duty matte plastic that do not get hot, the mesh is sturdy, packaging was impressive as to not have any damage when arrived, easy instructions, friends asked for the link so they could purchase some too. Great product! The side table is great also, sturdy, easy to put together, non slip feet and perfect height to the lounger.Saw these chairs at a reasonable price. Ordered four with tables. Quality is good for the price. Assembly was not difficult. About 15 minutes a chair. If they last a couple seasons it will be worth it. Seller was easy to deal with when we had an issue. Resolved in no time. Would purchase again.PARTS DON'T FIT, SCREWS TOO SHORT TO HOLD IT TOGETHER, HARD GETTING BACK IN BOX, ACCEPTED RETURN BUT NEVER ISSUED A CREDIT. TRIED TO CALL. One of them was perfect and the other had two problems (possibly linked problems): the plastic leg under the left side of the backrest was too small (extremely tight) to fit readily into the slot for the seating and the hole in which the screw is supposed to seat is stripped and will not snug to the plastic--the screw is stuck about a 1/4 inch out of the snug position. I could not get the screw to go further in and it will not pull out. There is a gap between the metal chair and the plastic leg and another gap between the screw and the plastic.A lounger that will last more than one season, The box was extremely heavy but the delivery man helped me push it through the door. I was able to assemble the lounger. And I’m blind. Usually I’ll have a screw or something left over in the assembly parts. But somehow I got them all and where they were supposed to be. I like the firmness of the lounger. And I know I will have it for many seasons out by my pool. Worth the money
