An edit to my review below - all of which is true ... I’m sad to report that the structure is much more temporary than it looks. We lost it last weekend in a heavy snowstorm. It isn’t designed for snow of course, and the snow piled up on the canvas roof, weighed it down and broke it to pieces. Wish we had thought to take off the roof before the storm. We got this so we could see how we liked our patio with a cover on it. We may or may not buy another one.———This little gazebo is exactly what my patio needed. For a pop-up structure, it’s beautiful and affordable, and comes with some good hardware to hold it up as long as you like. The interior is charming and fits an entire patio furniture set. It creates an outdoor room, just as I had hoped. Some notes on what to expect: assembly is a 2-3 person job. I needed my 14 y/o weightlifter son to help extend the poles past their tension points. Also, the instructions could use a few more pages ... not all of the hieroglyphics are super-clear, especially concerning roof assembly. I had to discovery-learn how to construct that part. Also, be aware that it ships with no spare hardware. In my case, I had a bad bolt, which slipped out. But the bolts are standard size, so I happened to have a spare. Also, let’s level-set some things here: you are buying a tent. It collapses and expands like a tent, and it is complicated to build, like a tent. That is what you should expect, not a permanent structure. If you want a permanent structure, expect to pay ten times this price or more. For the temporary solution it is, this is a good one.As with all patio covers, binding to the ground is imperative. I have all four sandbags filled, plus the corner poles staked to patio umbrella weights (30 lb ea). The little light stringer that came with my gazebo is especially charming at night. And my favorite part about the gazebo is that I can take it down and store it again after summer, if I want. The only thing that’s gone wrong is that we had an atrocious hail storm last week (baseball sized!) and the roof of the gazebo was damaged in places. I’m sad, but I will try to replace it because this is my new outdoor paradise. It’s worth noting that the gazebo stood up and took that hail just like it was a permanent structure. And as I write this, I’m in my new gazebo.I knew for the price this wouldn't be the highest end product, but I was surprised to open it and find basically thin rainfly/tent material. Not sure what this might say about durability, but it does show all the wrinkles and therefore cheapen the appearance of the assembled canopy. It is quite spacious inside. The included light string only span halfway around the inside which is silly. I was thinking it might be the type on an 8 hour timer but we forgot to turn it off after first use so batteries need replacing now.The rainholes drip to the inside of the canopy, which is a bit of a weird design, and would be an opening for bugs to get in, although still far fewer than without the netting of course. Do beware, though; we've left ours with one side unzipped and found a bird 'trapped' inside for a bit. It eventually made its way out underneath one of the edges, but if you're in a high wildlife area, you may want to keep the door panels open when not in use.I'm an area with mild weather (and lots of fires so haven't been able to use it as much this summer as hoped) so can't speak much to the durability yet.I am super happy with the purchase of my Gazebo, it has cut down on the biting gnats that seemed to attack me in the evenings when I was trying to do my Yoga outside. With the winds being intermittent here I love that it came with sandbags to help hold it down, and I love that I can open it up when the winds kick up and it weathers the winds wonderfully. I don't have to worry about hurrying to take it down when the winds blow. The only complaint I have is that is was advertised as 1 person set up, NOPE 3 of us and 3 hours later after trying to decipher the illustrations in the users manual, we Finally got it up! Lots of trial and error! Now that I have learned it will be much easier going forward. So I have mixed feelings about this tent. We put it up because we do not have an outdoor space for smokers when we entertain. It does NOT keep anybody warm, nor does it protect from the elements. The walls are mesh, so wind, rain, sleet, hail, its all coming for you. Does not even keep mosquitoes out in the warm weather. Assembly was smooth, my 6 year old helped me put it together. Easy to put up and take down. I like how convenient it is, but all its good for is pretty much shade. Do not get this if you're looking to smoke outside when it's raining.. you will still get wet!Product was fine until we took it down yesterday. The net on the top portion has rotted after only 2 summers of use. I held it and it just came apart in my hands. So disappointing. That is not good value for my money.Overall? It’s what basically what we wanted. The lights came broken from shipping and after a few tries, we got that worked out. However I asked seller a few time’s about getting solid sides and have not gotten a response. It would be almost perfect with the solid sides to keep rain outGreat addition to our deck. Love sitting outside in this at any time of the day. I use it to work during the day and it’s such a nice office. There are gaps for bugs to get in, so not bug free, but much much better. We put lights inside and bugs found their way in through the gap along the top of the canopy.Would imagine that if we get two seasons out of this that would be good. So far has survived being up for 4 weeks and no sign of damage.I contacted customer service for an item and they replied within 12 hrs.It states that is 11 ft x 11 ft but the corner posts are less then 10 ft. I could not get my furniture in side the structure. It states that it is water proof but there are grommet hole in the roof ( no idea what for) that would let water in. It took 3 of us to put it together and I think that a moderate wind would destroy it. All in all I think it is poor quality. The gauge of steel used for the legs is too small. It kinks/collapses very easily. They agreed to take it back and I sent it. However, it came back as the company moved. I contacted them and Amazon but never got a response. I'm stuck with a $300 box of junk. The top roof part is not waterproof it drips water down everywhere... A corner piece ripped before we could even put it up so we had to sew a section of fabric to secure the gazebo in place so be careful the fabric is very easy to accidentally tear. Needs to be secured very well the wind can easily lift it off the ground.
